Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park was the in the spotlight as a 21st century park created as part a major regeneration project in east London for the 2012 Games. This round table event will discuss the theme of 'beauty' and who are the actors in the creation, stewardship and definition of beauty in the build environment.
Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park transformed this industrial area into what has been described as a beautiful park. It is a multi-layered and multifunctional landscape that connects communities to nature, each other and outdoor facilities. What has been learnt from the park to build better and build beautiful?
