Children’s view of the city – how do we make better playable landscapes?

What does the future of urban play look like and what can we learn from the two playable spaces on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park? It has been 8 years since the Park was transformed into a public park with two main playgrounds. Tours of the playground will discuss current topics and making cities child-friendly.

Open to anyone who is interested in the children's view of playing in the urban landscape with experts who have designed and created playgrounds and playful landscapes in urban settings. The discussion and examples will consider how we can make cities better for children and how that makes places better for everyone.
