MSCTY explores new ways to experience the world through sound and space, and creates collaborations between physical and imagined landscapes, and sonic place, to seek new ways of reading the world around us.
MSCTY’s latest project (MSCTY EXPO Phuture Daze Zone) is themed around the potential outcomes for our cities, depending on society’s ACTION vs INACTION in the face of climate emergency.
This includes an ambitious interdisciplinary performance piece, titled Nocturnal Sun, by musician and performer Chisara Agor, launching in 2023. Chisara’s work will explore the radically changing dynamics of the city and society faced with unprecedented environmental challenges.
This live streamed event features the premier of a specially commissioned short film for Nocturnal Sun by director Tim Grabham (AKA iloobia) plus a discussion with Tim and Chisara about this fascinating new work, hosted by Nick Luscombe (MSCTY).
