We’ll be opening the doors of our Clerkenwell studio to all those interested in learning about how we work and who we work with.

Founded in 2005, Metropolitan Workshop LLP is a practice of architects, and urban designers, based in London and Dublin, with wide international experience of complex residential projects for both public and private sector clients.

Our expertise lies in delivering residential-led mixed-use projects and buildings in sensitive locations and planning contexts, alongside delivering award winning MMC schemes.

We set out to practice architecture differently. We wanted to make more useful, more inclusive, more
inspiring buildings and places. To do this, we knew we had to find better processes that harnessed the full spectrum of society’s diverse talents. We could see that there needed to be a greater recognition of the power of collaboration and creative exchange. Architecture and urbanism had to evolve!
