Come and co-create with clay for our new Floating Garden!
Global Generation is an environmental education charity, growing food, people and communities for a just world.
Our newest space is the ‘Floating Garden’, a new community garden space, on a boat! Based in Kings Cross, this new garden will slowly develop as we transform this space through co-design and build workshops with the local community.
Get involved by making a hand-made clay irrigation pot!
This will be used to help water our garden, and is an opportunity to learn about this ancient and traditional method to efficiently water plants and conserve water.
Stay on after the workshop for a talk and discussion about how we, at Global Generation, develop and build our ‘gardens of a thousand hands’ through collaborative design and making practices.
