What do you see in Camden's future? How do we create neighbourhoods and high streets that make every day life exciting, engaging and fulfilling?
Join us at Camden Collective on weekdays throughout June (excl. bank holidays) for an exhibition of the Camden Green Loop, a public realm strategy to bring our neighbourhoods to life by connecting communities, creating beautiful green spaces and celebrating diverse culture and experience to our streets. Anyone interested in helping to build Camden's future should come along - this is your opportunity to voice your ambitions and dreams for your local area when you chat to the team behind the Camden Green Loop and its flagship projects, Camden Collective and the Camden Highline.
The exhibition will take you through a journey of major projects in the area including Camden Collective's meanwhile use approach, the regeneration of the cultural gem of Drummond Street, how the Camden Highline will reimagine disused railway and the lively, imaginative events that take place when roads are turned over to communities.
Get involved by exploring architectural models, submitting your own ideas for new projects and building mood boards that visualise Camden's identity. At the craft table you can build models of interventions such as street or play furniture. All of your creative contributions will be documented and added to the Camden Green Loop as it develops and grows.
There will also be scheduled talks on the Camden Highline hosted by members of the design team, and opportunities to explore and discuss the latest designs.
